I use to believe that it was woman that came out of man, from a piece of his liver, and man was created from the earth soil.
But Our Father Adam, and our mother Eve disobeyed, and  took no responsibility for their own actions, and so they blamed the snake, and so the snake was cursed with them.
This is why our world is so fucked up.
This is why we have the problems that we do.
It's so easy to blame someone and let that innocent take the punishment.
Humanity was a mistake, what was the up man thinking?
Now we have our children in this world, and out of wet lock.
And all we do is think to ourselves, I fucked up, what was I thinking.
And we are not to blame, we didn't eat off that tree. It is unfair that we share the curse because Adam our father, and Eve our mother.
thee up man should have destroyed them, right then and there.
Kicking them out of the garden, oh yeah it punished them alright,
And yes they were miserable, cause they had to work their asses off.
But then they had kids. . . . .
"Maaaan", I'm so pissed, I don't even wanna  go any further.
But it's like here we are, and we are sufferring, struggling, trying to be strong and not give up on living.
Sometimes we tell ourselves, "fuck, I'm tired, when this all end".
Anyways , I hope I haven't offended anyone too much.

You touched on something very important.  When Adam was asked why he ate from the Tree he pointed at Eve and blamed her..and when God asked Eve she pointed at the serpent.  The serpent was the one who said yes it was me    What is wrong with this picture?  Eve came from Adam's rib.

sorry to in form you two,but that part of the bible was made up by man to mentaly supress women.christianity is a man made religion,no female god,no female angels,a female devil,......please!i dont buy that shit.i love you to the point that if hell is where all the women is thats where i wanna be.what strarght man wants to go to a heaven full of noting but men?that would be like to going to prison for 20yrs and saying "man i'm nott gonna have some type of sex till i get out".
 futhermore whats the use of doing all this stuff to get there when a simple thought can get you kicked out?

Seriously, when the Bible was written it was a very patriarchal society.  It is still very much today a patriarchal society whether we want to admitt it or not.  Women were very respected in the bible and one of the most important people in the Bible is a female..Mary mother of Jesus.

Women, in a greater sense, weren't respected. And Mary mother of God is only respected because a guy couldn't have the baby! And I've been to many churches and I've never seen a priestess, a female minister or whatever in there. Women were supressed in Biblical days. And the story of Adam and Eve is another way of degreading women. If God created adam out of clay, or the earth's soil or whatever it was, why not just make Eve out of the same stuff? Because in Biblical days, women weren't respected. The Bible tels us that women are an offshoot of man, in this case, Eve being made from Adam's rib. This make males the 'supior being' if you like. It makes males seem like they should be in control of everything. And can you tell me the name of a single female prophet? Because I've never learnt about female prophets, or even heard about them

Romans 16:3: Paul refers to Priscilla as another of his "fellow workers in Christ Jesus" (NIV) Other translations refer to her as a "co-worker". There were several mentions in the bible such as this one:The twenty-eighth verse in St. Paul's epistle says,

So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord, the church: For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband. (Eph 5:28-33)

Most liberal and mainline Christian denominations (e.g. Congregationalists, some Lutherans, the Presbyterian Church-USA, the United Church of Canada, United Church of Christ, United Methodist Church, etc.) ordain women and give them access to other positions of power. A study by the Hartford Seminary, 4 commented upon by the Boston Globe, 5 has examined the Christian denominations which do ordain women. The study shows that the number of clergywomen in 15 large Protestant denominations has skyrocketed over the past two decades. For example, between 1977 and 1997, female clergy:

 in the American Baptist Church has increased from 157 to 712;
 in the Episcopal Churches in the USA has increased from 94 to 1,394;

I was told that the story behind the rib was this(and I don't know if there is scripture to prove it but I doubt it) :  Adam's first mate was Lilith.  Lilith didn't obey Adam and was "contrary"..that is simplifying what I was told..i'm tired.  Anyway, God banished Lilith and decided to make Adam's next mate from his rib so she would be part of him and more subserviant to him.  That is what I was told
