This is a sorta weird thing...well everynight when I go to sleep I swear I can hear something or someone talking to me or just talking...and then I feel like it touches my shoulder and then its gone, so who (or what) the hell is it?

What that is..is the inbetween of consciousness and unconsciousness (sleeping). You may think your hearing voices..most of the time they aren't clear enough to actually make sense.

So, sorry to say its not a ghost and your not crazy either.
