Although Hills Have Eyes original was terrible.  Night of the Living Dead, original was great but I also liked the 1990 version.  I hated Barbara in the '68 version - she was such a wuss.  lol

The Fog....wtf was that shit.  That movie pissed me off.

I liked House of Wax too but I never saw the original.

Hey Apple, do you think we could include Mystic's "work" in your section... does it really exist?  Can we capture it?

The orig hills have eyes was right for its time. cannibals, depravity, human degradation etc. it got cleaned up in the remake. not as full on or as raw/powerful as the orig.

The fog. i personally thought, when compared to the remake was actually better. why? you may ask. simple. it worked. it was scary. it scared audiences many moons ago. the remake never captured the "scare factor" quite like carpenters did.

Paris hilton cant act. period! house of wax remake was doomed the moment they cast her in it. watch the original. you'll see.

Yeah my brother thought 'When a Stranger Calls' was a new movie and I remember some others thinking Texas Chainsaw Massacre was new.

That one, the original one was good but the remake sucked ass in my opinion, I wasn't convinced at all Angry
