My cousin was 13 when he took his 10 gauge shotgun and shot his own mother once in the chest and once in the head.
He then called 911 and fled.  He said he called the police only because his baby sister was alone.
He gave no motive.
He is serving 37yrs in prison right now.

Well the assumption would be wow that kid is fucked up, but if he is 10 years old then it obviously his parents fault and the environment he grew up in.  A 10 year old is still trying to distinguish whats right form wrong which leads to the care takers of him.
