I've said i recently got a dog, I've had him for four days, and those four days he wont even think of going into my mother's room by his own will. Once we open the door to her room he starts trembling and growling and barking at it. Everytime he gets scared he runs and hides under the table of the dining room, and everytime we open the door to the mother's room, he does that as well. I really wonder if it sees something in there.

If he trusts you already you should take him in there,  hold him tight, pet him a lot, and say it's ok. Almost like a parent reassuring their child about "the monsters under the bed". If that doesn't work... just give him time to warm up to the house. It's all still new to him.  Smiley
