Tablature?

Okay, a friend suggested I learn Tabs, to help me learn how to play guitar better. I can't figure it out!
Do you know how?

Now, how do I know which to do first? For how long? How it's timed?

You go from left to right, , imagine it as a time line and if theres several notes at the same point on the time line, its a chord so you play them together.

Theres no rhythm notation, or timing with tablature, its soley music. Its best to know the song well, so that wen u learn it by tab you know what rhythms come in where, some tab has the rhythmic notation above each line, but yea.

I love tabs and I only do songs I'm familiar with.  However, no one else can guess the song because I'm slow.  lol
